WARRANTY / RETURNS / CREDITS
If your LUNARGLO SOLAR LIGHT fails to work properly because of a defect in materials or workmanship, LUNARGLO will for a period of 24 months repair or replace the unit at our cost. If your LUNARVENT fails to work properly because of a defect in materials or workmanship, we will, for a period of 12 months, repair or replace the unit at our cost.
If your LUNARGLO product fails due to abuse, we will replace or repair the unit for a fee based on the amount of damage done. That fee will be determined after we have inspected the damaged unit at our facility. To return your unit for service or warranty work, notify us by phone or email and we will forward a container properly addressed (along with a soft plug in the case of a LUNARGLO SOLAR LIGHT to fill the small mounting hole while your unit is being repaired or replaced).
RETURNS Our policy is based on a one year warranty against manufacturing defects and component failure. During that period, we will repair or replace our Lunarglo product after inspection to assure that there has been no damage due to misuse or abuse of the Lunarglo solar light. The returned Lunarglo solar light must be returned in a protected package to insure there is no shipping damage to the product. After receipt of the returned merchandise, we will inspect it for damage or misuse and if none is found, we will repair or replace it based on our findings. If the LUNARGLO product is out of warranty you will be responsible for any freight costs when sending it back to our Company. Returns are not permitted after one year.
CANCELLATION If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by phone immediately.
REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of said refund. If you are approved your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
EXCHANGES We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange an item please send an email to .
SHIPPING Our products are shipped within 24 hours using the following carriers; USPS in the United States and DHL or UPS for overseas. Shipping costs are non-refundable on out of warranty products. Depending upon where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item worth over $50.00 you should consider using a traceable shipping service and/or purchasing insurance covering your cost of the product. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
